This week, we congratulate Steven at PetFlow, who received this comment from a customer:
“I absolutely feel Steven should get a raise, become a manager and train Customer Service Reps. This young man’s Customer Care Skills were excellent. He went above and beyond to work with me through a disappointing issue that came up with my auto delivery. Bottom line, he definitely changed my thoughts on dropping PetFlow. I am involved with K9 Rescue, K9 Fostering and saving lives here in Westchester, along with an NYC based rescue “Stray From The Heart”, and we struggle quite a bit financially taking care of so many rescues. With that, you can imagine the research I do to find the best products with the best prices. Steven advised what I needed to do to help save a few dollars, I sent exactly what was requested and he was on top of everything. Even when he was out, he had another employee follow-up (Ami), who was also very nice via Email. In addition, I travelled all day yesterday in order to pick up a truckload of Blue Buffalo Donations, yet Steven continued to call and send emails. So, it is very nice that you would like to reward him with a “cup o’ joe or lunch”, however, I would add the raise and promotion to that… Thank you PetFlow for hiring such an outstanding employee.
