“Unbelievable!! The suitcase that I originally ordered was too big, but I kept it for future use. I asked CJ if it was available in a smaller size. He told me that it wasn’t at that time, but he would let me know when it became available. I was skeptical if that would happen. Well, shame on me!! I got a voice mail from CJ telling me that it was available. I am a flight attendant. Been flying 42 years. I was working, but as soon as I got home, I ordered that smaller suitcase. I can’t tell you how much I appreciate CJ. Just amazing to me that he kept his word. You have a great company and a GREAT employee in CJ.”
