Jordy Leiser co-founded StellaService in 2010. He has been featured as an industry thought leader in media outlets including The Wall Street Journal, The New York Times, CNBC and Forbes. A Colorado native, Leiser graduated from Bucknell University with a degree in Economics and Political Science. Prior to founding StellaService, Leiser worked in investment banking at JPMorgan, working with large-cap consumer and retail clients.
John Ernsberger co-founded StellaService with Jordy Leiser in 2010. John leads the company’s client services and sales operations and is a passionate believer in the power of customer service as a driver of customer retention and sales. John graduated from Bucknell University with a degree in management and previously worked as Sales Director for wealth management solutions company SEI.
Kevon Hills is SVP of Operations and Insights for StellaService's Stella Metrics product. In his role, Kevon leads the teams that collect objective customer care and fulfillment data, and turn the data into deep, actionable insights that help companies improve their service operations and make more informed strategic decisions. Kevon is regularly quoted as an industry thought leader across national news, broadcast and trade outlets.
Kristina Wiig leads the Stella Connect sales team at StellaService. In her role, Kristina works with service leaders to develop programs that motivate front-line teams and drive continual performance improvements. Kristina has worked in sales leadership roles at a number of startups and is also a sales trainer.
Alex Vlasto develops and manages StellaService’s marketing, brand and communications programs. In his role, Alex develops campaigns designed to evangelize the value of StellaService’s products to service and marketing professionals around the world. Alex has deep marketing experience built over more than 15 years in roles in both London and New York.
Mary Walsh heads up all things People at StellaService. Under Mary’s leadership, the People team ensures that StellaService is always focused on growing a best in class Human Resources function with corporate culture and employee engagement at its core. Most recently Mary was Director, Talent Management at 1010data and prior was VP, Recruiting N/A at HIS Markit.
Neeraj Agrawal of Battery Ventures invests in SaaS and internet companies across all stages. He was a founding investor in BladeLogic (acquired by BMC) and has invested in several other companies that have gone on to stage IPOs, including Bazaarvoice, Guidewire Software, Marketo, Omniture (acquired by Adobe); RealPage, and Wayfair. He also invested in several Battery portfolio companies that have experienced M&A events, such as APlaceForMom (acquired by Warburg Pincus), Brightree (acquired by ResMed), Consona (acquired by Vista Equity Partners), Internet Brands (acquired by Hellman & Friedman) and VSS Monitoring (acquired by Danaher). For the last six years, Neeraj has been recognized on the Forbes Midas List, which ranks the top 100 venture capitalists in the world. Neeraj holds a BS in computer science from Cornell and an MBA from the Harvard Business School.
Josh Goldman of Norwest Venture Partners has more than 20 years of experience as a repeat entrepreneur, CEO, board member and investor in many high-growth technology companies. As CEO or board member, Josh has generated more than $5.5 billion in realized exit valuations and has participated in four highly successful IPOs. Josh has spent his career seeking to combine his passion for breakthrough technology with an ability to create innovative and sustainable business models for high-growth companies. Currently, Josh focuses on investments in consumer-facing Internet products and services including search, e-commerce, social networking, Internet-of-Things, and digital media. Along with StellaService, his current investments and board seats include IFTTT, ModCloth, Lumosity, Gilt Groupe, Sojern and Casper. He also holds board observer or advisory roles with Apigee, Sabre Holdings, and NinthDecimal. His recent exits include RetailMeNot, Snapfinger, Retrevo, and Threadflip. Josh holds an MBA from Harvard Business school and a bachelor of science (honors) degree in computer science from Tufts University.
Ross Goldstein of Gotham Ventures, focuses on business and consumer investments in a variety of areas including digital media, ad tech, ecommerce and data services. In addition to StellaService, Ross sits on the board of many of Gotham’s portfolio companies including Medialets, JIBE, PulsePoint and Mimeo. He oversaw Gotham’s investments in Drop.io, which was acquired by Facebook, Ingenio, which was acquired by AT&T, Q-Link Technologies, which was acquired by Adobe and Searchandise, which was acquired by Rich Relevance. Prior to co-founding Gotham Ventures, Ross was EVP, Chief Financial Officer of Interactive Imaginations, Inc., one of the East Coast’s pioneering Internet companies, and the predecessor company to 24/7 Media, Inc. Before joining Interactive Imaginations, Ross was with Morgan Stanley for 13 years, where he had most recently been a senior banker responsible for equity financings for the firm’s technology, telecom and media clients. Ross serves on the Board of Directors of New York Cares, is a mentor at TechStars NYC and is involved with start-up accelerator DreamIt. Ross received a B.S., magna cum laude, in Applied Mathematics-Economics from Brown University and an M.B.A. from the Stanford University Graduate School of Business.
Eric Gould, of Peak Opportunity Partners, is an experienced entrepreneur, investor, product innovator and thought leader. His experiences have spanned from Wall Street to Madison Avenue and he has been an innovator in both finance and advertising/marketing. Following a successful Wall Street career trading derivatives at Merrill Lynch and Credit Suisse, he co-founded IAG Research (acquired by Nielsen in 2008 ) where he developed new and unique products that measured real-time advertising effectiveness across web, mobile and television platforms. Eric is driven by the opportunities that arise from the transformation of data into solutions that unlock innovation that enhance our business and professional lives. Eric’s most recent company is working on the development of a mobile private social network. Eric received a B.S. in Computer Science from Syracuse University.
Doug Lebda founded LendingTree in 1996, revolutionizing how consumers shop for loans and how lenders reach new customers, helping over 32 million borrowers through the mortgage process. In 1998 the company launched nationally and in 2000 Doug led the company through a successful IPO, despite the dot-com meltdown of 2001 and a successful sale to IAC/InterActiveCorp in 2003. From 2005 to 2008, Doug served as IAC’s President and Chief Operating Officer, leading the company through a transition from a holding company to a unified operating company. In 2008, Doug rejoined Tree.com as it spun out from IAC as a separate public company. In 2015, Tree.com changed its corporate name to LendingTree, Inc. to better reflect the company’s go-forward strategy and flagship brand. Today, LendingTree connects consumers and businesses more broadly than just mortgages including personal loans, small business loans, auto loans, student loans, home services and more. In addition to LendingTree and his non-profit work, Doug helps lead other companies that are transforming the way consumers transact online. He is the Co-Founder of Tykoon (an innovative financial platform for families and children) and is an active mentor and angel investor. Doug received a bachelor's degree in Business Administration from Bucknell University and an M.B.A from the University of Virginia Darden School of Business.
